About TwoBoros Brewery and Pizzeria

Established in 2018, TwoBoros Brewery and Pizzeria was born from the vision of brothers Seth and Grayson Cohn, alongside Brewmaster Trey Church, to unite Wilkesboro and North Wilkesboro through the timeless pairing of pizza and beer. After careful consideration of several locations, they chose the historic J.T. Ferguson Building in Downtown Wilkesboro, where extensive renovations preserved its original charm, including the beautiful Cast Iron Facade by the Mesker Brothers. With the Pizzeria launching in 2019 featuring a handcrafted wood-fired brick oven, the Brewery followed in January 2020, offering an array of in-house brewed beers, gluten-free options, subs, salads, and rotisserie wings—all contributing to a vibrant community gathering space that honors the area’s heritage while embracing a modern flair.
